The Cargo Worthy grade gives you a CSC-stamped frame and a watertight envelope, and the High Cube version adds a full extra foot of exterior wall - which translates directly into a finished space you can stand up straight in after spray foam and flooring go in.
For roughly $300 more than a 20ft Standard CW, you sidestep the single biggest regret tiny-home and backyard-office builders report: low ceilings. After 2 inches of closed-cell foam on the roof, ¾-inch plywood subfloor, and a finished surface on top, a standard 20-footer leaves you under 7'3" of headroom. The HC version walks that number back over 8 feet.
