The 20ft HC WWT is for the builder who refuses to give up the extra foot of ceiling but isn’t paying CSC-grade money to get there. Mechanically the box is sealed: the rooftop pools no water, the doors latch and gasket cleanly, and the marine plywood floor is dry from corner to corner. Cosmetically you’re getting an honest old container - bigger rust patches, more dents, the side panels weathered into a uniform red-brown patina.
For a workshop, a finished garage bay, or a rough-but-livable studio space you plan to clad over anyway, this is the most floor-and-ceiling per dollar in our entire 20-foot inventory. We see plenty of these go out the gate headed to backyard music studios in Aurora’s older Hoffman Heights neighborhoods, where the owner cares about volume of usable space and is fine sanding a weekend’s worth of paint flake.
Plan on roughly a day of prep - wire wheel, rust-converter primer, fresh topcoat - before you start cutting window openings or finishing the interior.
