CSC-stamped, structurally inspected, with the full 304-sq-ft footprint and the critical 9'6" exterior height - at a price that lets the rest of the build budget go to insulation, electrical, plumbing, and finishes that the homeowner will actually live with.

For Adams and Arapahoe County ADU permit jobs, this is the unit local builders ask for by name. After 2 inches of closed-cell roof foam and a 3/4-inch finished floor over the marine plywood, you’ve still got roughly an 8-foot finished ceiling.
