A 40ft High Cube One-Trip gives you 304 sq ft of floor and a 9'6" exterior wall - once you’ve installed closed-cell foam and finished flooring, you’re still walking under an 8-foot ceiling. That single design choice does more for the finished feel of a container home than any other.

The One-Trip pedigree is what justifies the premium for a finished build. Paint is glossy and unfaded, the marine plywood deck shows no commercial wear, gaskets are pliable, and the corner castings haven’t been beaten on by reach-stackers in a hundred ports. For a buyer cutting designer window openings, installing fully framed interior partitions, and finishing with cedar cladding outside - every imperfection you’d otherwise have to fix is already not there.
